Sorry, I can't help that either. You shld look for a rom first and follow the instructions for that ROM. You can't install all ROM the same way. Some are installed through CWM while other are via XRecovery. Some require unlocked bootloader, or a certain kernel. As far as I know, it all depends on the ROM you're installing & the phone. Randomly installing a ROM would only brick your phone.
In case you still want to know. Here's how I installed miui on my phone: 1. download the ROM to your PC 2. Move the file to the root of your SD card 3. Boot your phone into Xrecovery or CWM 4. Make a nandroid backup 5. Do a factory reset, wipe cache partition & dalvik cache 6. select 'install custom zip from sdcard' and select the ROM .zip file on your SD card. 7. After it finished installing select 'Reboot phone'. Ps: Just restore the Nandroid backup you made if there's any problem(bootloop, stuck on bootscreen, etc) after you flashed the ROM.
Like I said before, you can't install all ROM the same way. Randomly installing a ROM will only brick your phone, so don't say I didn't warn you
